About

Our Commitment to Clear Financial Guidance and Growth

BalanceKeep was built to help small business owners feel less overwhelmed by their numbers. I believe bookkeeping should do more than keep records for tax time. It should help you understand your profit, manage cash flow, spot problems early, and make stronger decisions. My commitment is to provide honest, clear, and practical financial guidance so you can run your business with more confidence.

Joel Ramos

Owner | Bookkeeping & Financial Insight

I’m Joel Ramos, the owner of BalanceKeep Bookkeeping & Financial Services. I started BalanceKeep because I saw how many small business owners work hard every day but still feel unsure about their numbers. They know money is coming in and going out, but they do not always have clear reports, clean books, or the financial insight they need to make confident decisions.

My goal is to make bookkeeping feel less confusing and more useful. I do not believe business owners should only look at their numbers at tax time. Your books should help you understand your profit, cash flow, expenses, payroll, and where the business is really headed.

I work with small business owners across New England. My approach is simple: keep the books clean, explain the numbers clearly, and help owners make better decisions without making things feel complicated.

BalanceKeep is built on honesty, clear communication, and doing the work with care. I believe clients deserve someone who listens, follows through, and treats their business with respect. Whether your books are behind, messy, or just not giving you the clarity you need, my goal is to help you get organized and move forward with confidence.

BalanceKeep consistently delivers clear, accurate financial insights that truly help our business thrive.
